Terms and Conditions
Last updated 31 July 2026
These terms govern your use of P2X, a B2B lead-generation marketplace for polypropylene (PP) woven products. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What P2X is — and what it is not
P2X introduces buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between members. We do not sell goods, hold stock, handle payment between members, verify product quality, or guarantee that any deal will complete. Any order, contract, payment or dispute arising between two members is entirely between them, at their own risk.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- The platform is for registered businesses. You must be authorised to act for the business you register.
- Signup requires a mobile number and an email address, both verified by OTP. Keep them secure — anyone who can receive your OTPs can access your account.
- One account per person. Do not share credentials or let another business operate under your account.
- A single account may stay signed in on a limited number of devices at a time; signing in on a new device may end your oldest session.
3. Business verification
Sellers must register a business with a valid GSTIN and supporting documents. Every business, and every material edit to a verified business, is reviewed by our team before it goes live. We may approve, reject, request changes to, or deactivate a business at our discretion — for example where details cannot be verified or appear false. Verification means we checked the registration details supplied; it is not an endorsement of the member's products, solvency or conduct.
4. Listings
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings — specifications, quantities, images and availability.
- Listings are reviewed before publication and may be rejected, paused or removed if they are inaccurate, misleading, duplicated, or outside the PP woven product categories the platform serves.
- Do not publish contact details, pricing solicitations or off-platform instructions inside listing text or images to bypass the plan system.
5. Plans and unlocking contacts
- Seller contact details are revealed to buyers holding an active plan that entitles them to it. Entitlements, validity and any limits are shown on the plan at the time of purchase.
- Plans are paid in advance through our payment gateway and start once payment is confirmed.
- A plan grants access to the platform for its validity period. Fees are not refundable for unused time, for contacts you chose not to unlock, or because a deal did not materialise, except where the law requires a refund or we fail to provide access for reasons within our control.
- Contact details you unlock are for your own business use in connection with a genuine enquiry. Do not resell, publish, scrape, bulk-export or add them to marketing lists.
- We may change plan pricing and features going forward; changes do not affect a plan you have already bought for its current term.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, infringing or unlawful content.
- Impersonate another business or misrepresent your authority to act for one.
- Harvest data from the platform by automated means, or attempt to access accounts, listings or systems you are not entitled to.
- Use the platform to send spam, or to interfere with its operation or security.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account, business or listing that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, or that exposes other members to risk. Where a breach is serious we may do so without notice and without refund. You may stop using the platform and ask us to close your account at any time.
8. Intellectual property
The platform, its design and its software belong to P2X. Content you upload remains yours; by uploading it you grant us the licence needed to host it and display it to other members and, for listing content, to visitors of our public pages.
9. Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising out of dealings between members, for the quality, legality or delivery of any goods, for a counterparty's failure to pay or perform, or for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for plans in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform develops. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version; continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept it.
